Are you very particular about the quality? If a standard Target type print is fine, usually when you sign up for an online service like Shutterfly or Snapfish you get something like 100 free prints. So I would create a new account, if you already have one, just for the prints. Quality is perfectly fine, but not, like, professional photographer print quality.

I agree with @Foodnerd81 about Shutterfly--they always have promotions for free prints.

If I'm printing pictures I want really good quality. Mpix is my go-to. I don't think it's too expensive.
