I borrowed a Bjorn when LO was born and I own an Ergo that I like and a K'tan that I am still undecided about! I still want to try a Maya and a Moby!

@NaturallyCathy: It looks intimidating with all that fabric!

We have a moby and an ergo, neither of which I've gotten the hang of yet!

We own an Ergo, Bjorn and K'tan. I tried a Beco and ring sling at a friends house.
I think the Ktan was great when she was teeny tiny and the Ergo is great now that she is a little bigger. Not a huge fan of the Bjorn but I haven't used it a whole lot because of the fear of hip problems. My husband has used it a few times with her and he thinks its great for the front facing aspect.

Just the Ktan! We want another one for when she gets bigger. Need to try some on.

We have a SBP ring sling, Ergo, Babyhawk Mei Tai, and Beco Butterfly II.

@Weagle: ooh.....what's your favorite? I'm interested in the ergo, babyhawk mei tai and the beco.

Of those three, I definitely prefer the Beco. I like that it has the interior panel, which makes back carries a breeze. It also fit LO and me better when she was small. If I were going to be babywearing all day, I would take my Beco. The Ergo is usually my car carrier. I leave it in there for quick trips inside stores, and in case I've forgotten other carriers. I'm not a huge fan of the Babyhawk, honestly. But, I haven't used it as much as the others. Maybe I would love it if I practiced more. @Anagram:

@autumnlove: I'm sure with time it would be easy and it seems like it would be comfortable but learning how to do it properly took too much time for me and I never felt like either kid was safe. It was never tight enough in the right places and always shifted besides all the extra fabric. Too much trouble for the price tag in my opinion. But maybe it was just my body type since both MIL and SIL wear it with ease.

Moby--good for newborn stage, awful in warm weather
Ergo--awesome possum! Wearing the infant insert sucks in warmer weather for baby and mama/dad
Mei Tai (Babyhawk)--Most compact and light weight of all three. I like it but it's cumersome to put on outside because I don't like the straps touching the ground
Baba sling--we just plain did not like it

Boba wrap is awesome.
We have a Comfy Joey sling but I haven't quite gotten the hang of it - I think I've threaded it wrong

I have for wraps: a Storch (great but heavy), an Oscha (also great/heavy), two Ellevill (one bamboo, one stretchy-- both are great, but the stretchy is a one-size and it's short), and two Wrapsody (a stretch and a breeze, they are my favorites, hands-down, and also the cheapest, so, score!). In my defence I am trying to start a local "lending library" and so wanted to be familiarized with what is out there. I also have a Comfy Joey Ellevill conversion ring sling that I really like for quick up/down. And a mei tei (I prefer wraps, honestly, but it is also very nice). And a ring sling made by a friend (slingsandmore.com), which I like but is a heavier fabric. Oh, and a water wrap that we used to use for showering and now use sometimes at the pool/lake. Phew! Feel free to grill me if you want to know any specifics.

K'tan and Ergo. Haven't tried the Moby or Seven Sling yet, but we have them.

though we havent been able to try it yet, we bought the pognae. my friend used three other carriers before getting the pognae and highly recommended it, so we opted to just start with that one.

I love the Boba wrap....like the Moby but better (in my opinion) because it has some stretch to it! Super easy to get on and off and to put the little one in it!

We have a Bjorn that hasn't been used yet and a moby which I love. I found that the YouTube videos were a big help. Our first trip out of the house with baby I wore her in the moby and it was great!

We have k'tans that we've loved, and I just bought a Beco today! It's so comfy, and I love the design! I got the new "Enzo Grey".

I love the K'tan, and my husband likes the Beco Butterfly. We also have the Ergo, but our kid is too little to use it without the infant insert, which we don't have.

I have the Boba and Ergo. I love both, for use at different times/different reasons!

@autumnlove: ergo (w infant insert). Bjorn, k'tan & maya. DH uses the ergo & I looove my maya sling. The k'tan is good but I think the little guy is still too small so it doesn't fit as snug as the maya.

Baby Bjorn, Hotsling, Moby, Ergo, and Beco Gemini.
Want a Beco Soleil next!

We've tried a baby bjorn, ergo, peanut shell sling, seven sling and hot sling. The one we like best is the hotsling.

@sylvie_b: I tried our Ergo with insert today and I liked it but my c-section incision started to hurt...I need a couple more weeks.
I love the Maya that you posted on another thread! I have the colorful striped style in my Amazon cart right now...

@autumnlove: oooh, the colorful one is sooo pretty. a new mom friend of mine has one and it looks fabulous on. You have to share pics when you wear it!

Boba: Loved it in the newborn stage, very easy to use/get DS in and out by myself. Haven't used it since just because it's easier to keep him in the car seat and pop him in the stroller adapter.
Moby Wrap: dislike, too difficult and I never felt secure with how LO was sitting in there.
Baby Hawk Mei Tai: I love it but DS hates it.
He's not really a "carrying" baby. He wants to see what's going on and doesn't like facing in, but I don't like facing him out in front-carry because I don't think it's good for their posture or my back. I will probably revisit the Mei Tai/Boba once he's big enough to wear on the back. Boba might even be fine for him now in front carry, there's just something about the Mei Tai he doesn't like.

Ergo, K'Tan, and Ring Sling
Love them all and so does LO. DH will only use the Ergo.
