@jetsa: the one we have is really great! search around, I think I linked to not exactly the one we have. I believe they have a range of prices/sizes/etc for the same owl/tree style. try the chroniclebooks.com site, which is the publisher! enjoy! it comes with cute stickers!

We had this one for DS but it was $60 on amazon so we got this other one a few weeks ago for only $13. Looks like the price has gone up. It's the same book just a newer year we got really lucky.

I got this one from Walmart for $12 because it was the first one I was able to look at I didn't want to buy one online because of the mixed reviews and I wanted to see it before buying it and I like it

We were just using a Moleskin book, where we would write things to the kiddos. It was awesome, because we could keep records however we liked. Unfortunately, it has been lost somehow *sob*. One day it was on our counter, and the next day it was GONE. I cried.

I just type up the info in word/excel spreadsheet. I plan on transferring the stuff into a photo book (when I get around to doing that...).

I got this one. I used The Belly Book for when I was pregnant, too. I like it because it isn't super involved but still hits the "main" points.

We have one from the Land of Milk and Honey that my MIL gave us but we are not religious so I'm not crazy about it. It's too cutesy for me too.

I really like it, lots of customization and I like that its a ring binder so you can add/remove pages as you like.
We just purchased a similar one for baby #2, but I haven't used it yet.
