I personally LOVE sopapilla cheesecake and it is so darn easy to make, so that's what I'd go with!

My friend is obsessed with the Better Than Sex cake, although she calls it Better Than Everything. If the guests are chocolate people, make that!

I wish I had known about this sopapilla cheesecake before I started to make strawberry pretzel salad for the picnic I'm going to tomorrow. I vote sopapilla cheesecake not only because it looks easier to make but also it looks like it would be possible to eat with your hands, which is probably more convenient at a bbq.
