I like both, but I think the shirred dress is a little more work appropriate so I voted for that one. But you can't go wrong with either one

I wanted to vote for both, but I know that wouldn't be helpful... so, number 1! It'd be cute belted too!

I think the Ikat print is more versatile (and slightly more sophisticated), BUT the dot print is just so fun (and flirty!).

I love the first one. It would be much more fun to accessorize.

So, I have a friend with the polkas dot dress and she is super skinny. It makes her look pregnant because of he pattern, though.

@Mrs. Pen: to be honest i think theyre a little old looking. Youre so young and can do really fun stuff with your wardrobe!!!

Also, i dont think the neckline in the first one would be flattering. I know you have decent sized boobs and high necklines are never flattering on large chests. I dont care for the patterns, either. The pattern on the ikat one is really loud and that us a lot of one pattern!! I think you can find something wayyyyyyyy better for 50 dollars or less.

I say order both, it's easier to decide once you try them on. You may have a clear winner, or they both may not work out. That's what I always do when in doubt.
