I'm almost in full party planning mode for my 5month olds 1st birthday. Right now I'm just budgeting everything out and getting all my ducks in a row because when she is 6 months I am going to begin actually purchasing items and DIYing everything for her party.

Now to the options We are having a paris themed tea party that is going to be over the top. I have narrowed down DD's outfit choices to 3 feather dresses but can't decide which one. I love them all. Our budget for her outfit is $175 so if you can think of something else feel free to post! I do not like tulle so any tutu's are out.
