My bottom. *blush*. 11 months pp and the hemorrhoids are still an issue on and off.
Coming in second, my tummy. I've always held my weight around the middle but I'm really struggling to shift it from there now - every ounce of fat settles there. I look 6 months pregnant still.

@Cherrybee: No kidding. I didn't get any when I was actually pregnant, but must have caused some with the pushing, and they do seem to rear their ugly heads on occasion still.
In general that whole region has seen better days. I had some serious tearing, and repairs down there, so it's still somewhat uncomfortable at times 10.5 months pp.
And I'm a little worried to see what my boobs are going to look like once I stop nursing.

@Cherrybee: @Sapphiresun: Yup hemorrhoids here too, lo is 20 months and still have issues with them grr. I still have pregnancy/mom brain too - my memory is shocking these days.

@MrsStar: Well, that's somewhat discouraging. At least I don't panic that my intestines are bleeding internally anymore if this is going to be a long term thing...

@Sapphiresun: They're no where near as bad anymore!! I just make sure to keep hydrated and eating fibre which helps. I had horrible constipation while pregnant which caused them. I'm still hoping it will be back to normal sooner rather then later

My stomach, for sure. The fatness I can deal with, because I know i *could* (in theory) work out to change it a little but the stretch marks are hideous still at 11 months pp and actually look worse now than my stomach is shrinking back in, because now the stretched skin is getting wrinkled. It's really awful.

Not sure yet how bad my belly will be after back to back pregnancies since I'm still pregnant with #2. So I'll go with my newly weaned boobs. They look like pancakes with tiger stripes

Boobies! They are a bigger size than pre preg, but way sadder My stomach is not great, but I know if I actually worked on it I could probably improve it.

Stomach and hips!!! Even at my pre preg weight my old jeans are nowhere near getting done up
wonderful pomelo / 30692 posts
Definitely my boobs from breastfeeding. They are just saggy balloons now. So sad.

My stomach. It's covered in stretch marks and no matter how much I lose, I don't think it'll ever be flat again.

I refuse to call any of it ruined! It's just different after the amazing thing it accomplished, that's all
grapefruit / 4079 posts
Stomach. Yup that c/s and extreme swelling did a number on it. No amount of weight loss can completely fix that.

With the exception of my (1) feet, and (2) memory, everything is pretty much the same (or on it's way back to being the same)!

My belly The diastasis rendered my abs impossibly different. Pooch under my belly button, generally undefined, and impossible to suck in because there's no muscle. So sad.

@grizz: Coming to say the same thing!
Nothing is ruined! On any of y'all! I look different, sure, and I'm not always happy with how I look, but I would not say any part of my body is ruined.
My brain, though.....

My post-BF breasts are very, very sad. I really hope some of what was lost comes back once I am done having kids.

Oh if we can include brain then definitely that. This morning I put trash in our clothes hamper. I am seriously losing it!
cantaloupe / 6730 posts
Belly. It just looks rediculous. Wierd pooch under belly button, the regular stomach roll goes much higher than before, so I look pregnant, something weird has happened to my abs so that when I lean back I have this odd triangle thing going on. Looooooooong stretch marks. There's a c/s scar in there too, but that's the least of the rediculousness.

Boobs from breastfeeding. But now that I'm pregnant again they are nice and perky
grapefruit / 4066 posts
boobs after weaning, for sure. i have always been on the smaller side, and they still are, but not perky anymore

My stomach, has a lot of extra "stuff" that wasn't there before. Flab, stretch marks...you know the works.

Def stomach. I always had a flat stomach. If I put on weight, I'd get wide but my stomach would stay flat. Now I have a pouch that I don't think will ever go away... Then you add on the stretchmarks.
Coming in a close second is my pancake boobs.

My tailbone area, it still aches when I sit for long periods of time, 3.5 years later. I've not been able to figure out how to remedy it.
cantaloupe / 6800 posts
I don't think anything is ruined, but if I had to pick..probably my stretchmarks..they've got me covered from my knees to my boobs. I have a lot of weight I need to lose, but none of it is baby weight and it could be fixed if I ever got motivated to get rid of it!
eggplant / 11824 posts
Tummy for sure. Separated abs that you can't work on for a year, and then a "trapped nerve" when you get cleared to work on them will do that. Glad I worked out hard in my 20's so I got an awesome flat stomach at some point in my life lol
watermelon / 14467 posts
Nothing is ruined, but everything is different. I do miss my cute belly button though. Now it's just a sad indentation on my belly.
pomelo / 5524 posts
My boobs...they were big before I got pregnant, were enormous during pregnancy and now look like deflated balloons. I can't wear anything that will even show a hint of cleavage in fear of showing how wrinkly they are from all of the stretched out skin
eggplant / 11408 posts
I wouldn't call it ruined, but my brain... Last night, I asked DH if he wanted scissors to cut his chicken at dinner. His response? 'You mean a knife? ... " Yes, that!

Stomach - between diastasis recti and a pooch that won't go away it's done.
nectarine / 2152 posts
Diastasis recti makes me still look about 4 months pregnant! Also, my back. I have constant pain, which never happened before getting pregnant.
