I think it's too early to tell, but LO has a cousin who's only 2.5 months older. I think if we stay in GA, they'll be really good friends/cousins. 
The cousin is on her daddy's side.

She's closest to my mom. She loves my in laws too, but my mom is over here all the time so she's very comfortable with her, and she always lights up when she sees her.

Cousin wise, my sister's kids since they are the only first cousins. Parents wise, definitely Bee's mom.

She won't really have any cousins nearby.
My ILs should be moved back around when she's 1 so I'll imagine she'll be closer to them than my mom.
But cousin wise I think she might be closer to my side because there will be nephew whom will be only a couple weeks apart from her. And she will see them more often than the cousins on my husband's side.
My family is only 6 hours drive away while his brother is about 20 hours drive away. And BIL is divorced and the exwife has full custody so I think we'll be lucky if we see his nieces once a year. -
