I loved them both! I think that Seinfeld was a better written show, but Friends really just tugs on the heartstrings. I'm not sure if Seinfeld even had heartstrings!

In all seriousness, Friends. Hands down. I didnt connect with the characters on Sienfeld. I couldn't get into it (I was pretty young when it was popular).

I didn't get Seinfield's humor until a couple years ago when my husband got me to watch the show 'Curb your enthusiasm'.
I just didn't get the humor when I was younger. Plus, I never knew the show was about nothing. Seinfield was just so random while Friends had something I could follow from episode to episode.

Friends, but it was a hard choice. I think the difference was that I loved all the characters on Friends. I didn't even like the characters in Seinfeld. The show was just really funny and it was so well written, that I always liked it, even though I didn't have feelings invested in the characters. Friends made my cry multiple times over the seasons, so I certainly cared about all of them.

Friends is one of my all-time favorite shows ever! But probably intellectuals would argue that Seinfeld was 'better' bc it was a higher level of humor or whatever...but man, I love Friends do much!

When it was on air I warhead friends religiously, and never watched Seinfeld. But I've caught most of them on reruns and like watching Seinfeld now.

Seinfeld...I feel like it holds up better in the long run, even though most of the situations could have been cleared up with cell phones!
