@lawbee11: Yay! Congrats!!!! I'm sure he will love it and it's sweet that you'll have it for him when he gets home.
I pretty much did something similar-- the first maybe possible postive test, I called him into the bathroom to see if he saw a line too (yes but it was 'too light to count'). So that whole day we were sort of 'I think it was positive but we'll test tomorrow to make sure', so no cute giving on onesies. The next day I took a test and got a real, definitely there line and I just went into the bedroom and asked if he was really ready to be a dad. I gave him the onesie I had bought later that morning.

I'm not counting on it, but if I got BFP this month, I'd like to give onesie, but its so hard to find cute gender neutral ones!

i was never planning on getting anything (and i guess good thing i haven't since it's been two years) but i also didn't have any particular good ideas of something to get for him. well..at the end of the work day yesterday, inspiration struck. hubby is an avid classical music fanatic. i bought him a CD with mozart's variations of twinkle twinkle little star and a CD with lullabies (including the famous brahm's one). i hope i don't have to wait too long to give it to him~!
