Does such a machine exist and where can I buy one? The abrupt turn off of our white noise always wakes LO up!

Not sure, but I'd recommend one that stays on all night like the Dohm.

We use an app on a Kindle Fire that we don't use. It can fade out, their we keep it on all night.

Ditto! We use an adult machine that runs all night. Big white noise fans over here.

Maybe just a radio with static? then, you can gradually turn the volume down every so often.

I don't mind if it plays nonstop for her naps, but I really don't like hearing the white noise over the monitor while we sleep at night. Apparently the 5S's don't work on me

I've thought this so many times with our sleep sheep! I prefer those sounds to straight white noise, but we recently switched to using a white noise app on our iPod that runs all night
