For us, I earn a little more than my DH but he has tons of law school loans so I end up contributing more toward our shared expenses. Before the recession, my DH had a big law job and earned twice of what I made and I always felt slightly guilty about earning less - almost as if I wasn't contributing enough. Now that our positions are reversed, I hope my DH doesn't feel that way.
How about you? Do you earn more/less than your SO?

I earn much more than my husband. We cannot afford for me to take any unpaid time off with LO and it makes me so sad.

I am a SAHM. He def brings in the bacon and even if I did work in my field (which I soon will), I would still make significantly less than he does.
We do have a shared business which also brings in income. I make exactly the same amount that he does on it. It is just an investment; we don't work on it.

DH and I were just joking about this today.. Neither of us work Fridays, but I picked up a shift tomorrow and he was sad, so I said, "I gotta bring home the bacon." And DH said we never buy bacon, so we concluded I am the breadwinner then 
Joking aside, he does make more than me but he also has an advanced degree. I suppose if you subtract his school loans I make more

Me! I work and we live off my income while dh is in med school. So eventually that will change but for now I am the sugar mama!

He makes about 30% more than me, but he has been in the workforce for a decade, whereas I've only worked full time for 2. I should surpass him at some point, based on our salary trajectories.

Dh makes a lot more than me- about three times more before bonus. I'm going to be a sahm now though, so my contribution is going way up and down

DH used to make a lot more than I did, but then he took a job that pays less but makes him much happier and I started to really climb the ladder at work. He still makes more than me, but it's much closer than it used to be.

DH makes a little bit more than me. Once he gets his medical retirement and finishes school, he will be making more than double than me. Works out well since I want to be a SAHM and he really enjoys working.

My husband makes a lot more...especially now that I'm a SAHM. When we first got married I made a lot more (almost double)...but within 2 years he was making more than me. He recently got a big promotion at work and now he makes more than we did when we were both working. Sometimes when I'm feeling insecure about being a SAHM he reminds me that i used to be the one bringing home the bacon

I am really proud of myself because I am a WAHM and I actually make more than my husband. However, my husband's salary is not subject to taxes, whereas mine is, so I make more on paper, but he brings home more at the end of the day.

Me. My DH currently makes about half of what I make. He is in retail. I am a teacher at the top of the seniority and pay pyramid. I don't care most of the time. We have a joint account that everything comes out of. It works for us. I know it bothered him. That's why he really wants this new job! He would still make less then me but $20000 more then what he makes now!!

We used to make about the same, but since I cut back my hours after returning from maternity leave I make less now.
