i am very stubborn, so it usually ends up being my husband. we tend to agree on a lot of things, but he is so laid back, that he doesn't care when he does have to compromise. i am still working on being able to compromise more easily =/

Me. Hubby can get annoyingly pouty if he doesn't get his way. I think his parents spoiled him a bit as a kid.

Definitely Wagon Sr. He's extremely flexible and I'm very stubborn.

I don't know, we are usually on the same page and don't have to compromise much.

At first, it was me. I gave up my career because it would require long hours, random international travel, and living in DC. DH chose a job that deploys, and we can't both take jobs that involve international travel to third world countries if we want to have kids, pets, or a house. DH's job is 40 hours a week when he's not deployed, and he hates DC with a passion. When it looked like his job would move to VA, he said he wanted to quit and start college on the opposite coast. I said "OK, here are the places I can make work until I find a job."

Now, it's him. If his current job goes away, he'll take a position in DC. He still won't look for a job that deploys less, but at least he's not scheduled to deploy within the year. He's gone from TELLING me how our child's birth will go to saying "wait a minute, you really have researched this, and my opinions are based completely on my mom's pregnancies that happened before I was ten. Maybe we should go with what YOU think is a good fit."

We are both very easygoing, and we both make compromises to keep our family happy.

One of my husband's co-workers just told me today that she has seen a big change in him for the better since our son came along. I know that I am much happier now too- we gained a piece that was missing in our day to day life. Worth every compromise in the world!

Probably Hubs. I can be kind of stubborn and he's super laid-back. On the few things he feels really strongly about, I'll definitely compromise, but I tend to have stronger opinions about most things. I'm working on being better at compromising.

Well we are both VERY stubborn people so compromise comes hard for us, however we have really worked on it and I would say I do a little bit more, so it's about 60/40. I tend to give in to his plans more when I would rather be home, but he gives in to me on purchases more than I do him!
