I do it but I'll ask for his opinion. Usually he doesn't care

I pick out things and set a budget and then I will ask DH if he has an opinion between different options (he doesn't usually but sometimes he will veto something or have an idea). I like to keep him in the loop at least! I always physically purchase and wrap all gifts.... sometimes even for gifts from DH to me hahaha.

We decide together. We both like shopping and giving gifts.

Almost always just me. DH doesn't have time and/or doesn't care. I even buy all the gifts for his family members. Left to his own devices, DH would give everyone a gift card that he can email to them the night before.
