While DH and I were talking about Santa and the like, I asked him which presents would be from Santa and which would be from us. He looked at me like I was crazy and said they would all be from Santa. I then looked at him like he was crazy and asked if he ever got Christmas presents from his parents growing up. He said no, they were all from Santa. Is he the weird one, or is it me? Are you giving your LO gifts, along with Santa or all the presents under the tree going to be from Santa?

We got one big present from Santa and the rest from our parents at my moms. My did didn't do Santa.

I got presents from both Santa and my parents. I remember that growing up, my mom would sign the presents from them and my dad always did Santa's handwriting. I just assume we'll do something similar although I'm not sure how they decided which presents were from them.

I thought so too! Because if I sit and think about it, that means that growing up, he would get presents from his sister, aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, but not his parents!? That's just too strange. Yippy I have the Bee community behind me on this argument hahahaha.
It is scientific proof now!

Our "main" and "big" presents were usually from Santa. Mom and Dad would always get us a few smaller things (movie gift cards, candy, etc.), but the majority came from Santa.

We got them from Santa only. In fact my parents still sign the tag Santa.

We didn't believe in Santa, but there was always a gift from him. Just one, though.

I willl be carrying on this tradition, in our family Santa only brings one "big" gift because that's all the room he has in the sleigh for each child.

Definitely both. Most were Santa, from what I recall. My mom still does some from Santa, as does DH. And some are always from the fur-babies.
@LuLu Mom: I like the one big one from Santa thing, especially with the "room in the sleigh" part. It fits with what my "Autobiography of Santa Claus" says, so that's even better.

Big gift from Santa, fully assembled, and stocking stuffers. All the rest of the gifts from mom and dad.
