My MIL's friend gave us some baby clothes before she moved back to Japan...lots of Baby Gap and Tea.
No one else has offered and I would never ask.

My best friend's daughter recently turned one, and we've received more clothing and gear than I know what to do with. Everything is in very good condition, and the clothes are adorable. We're so thankful.

Up until just recently (due to downsizing our home & having no storage space) we got ALL of DH's niece's clothes. She's almost exactly 1 year older than P and had TONS of stuff, some nwt! We're good through 24 mths for dressing P... I get to buy tidbits here & there that I love but otherwise she's got a full wardrobe!

Ugh recently our neighbors have given us some hand me downs for DS. I usually love hand me downs but all of the clothes they've given us have been filthy and completely worn out.

We've never gotten hand-me-downs, except for the books of mine my Mom saved. She kept some of my clothes too, so DS once wore my old pink coat during a visit! We give our gently used stuff away to some local families we know who are struggling.

My sister (my niece is 3.5)... And our neighbor who's daughter is 4! We've got some awesome stuff.
