Now that we're in a groove as a family of four, DH & I pretty much 50/50 on random MOTN wakes with whoever is more awake, wakes first, or has a later start to their work day!
DS1 needed us for a potty break (he was extra tired) and I took him. DS2 woke up at 5am, and DH went and paci'ed him back down. They both slept until 740!
I'm so glad that I'm not 100% on night duty (for baby) anymore!

I handle DS2 since he still nurses overnight.

We switch off and on, however DH's been sleeping on the couch the last few nights (he hurt his back) and because he's closer to the girls, he hears them first and he's been handling all of them for me, which has been nice!

Evan usually STTN, but he has been waking up early. If he wakes up before 6AM D handles it (he works second shift and goes back to sleep). I imagine once little miss gets here it'll be be me, at least if she's nursing.

DH takes care of middle of the night wake ups for LO1 (usually needs to go to the potty). I tend to LO2 because he screams out for mama and no one else will do.

If it's before dh goes to sleep, he goes in, and usually the paci and a few butt pats get her back down. but if it's later, I go in and nurse

I handle the baby and he handles our older one. The baby will freak the F out if he goes in the MOTN.

Since becoming pregnant with #2, DH has done probably 90% of the MOTN stuff?? Love him!!
We'll see how it goes when DD arrives!

Usually me and I have no problem with it. If I need help DH will wake up to help.

DH does all the toddler wakeups (there are a lot), and I do all the baby wakeups.

For now its mostly me - I am the one who sleeps with the monitor next to me...
When DD#2 arrives DH will be 100% on DD1...until we settle into a routine with the new one!

Aw, that must be nice! Ha... I'm a SAHM, and DH has a super long commute, so I don't want to risk him falling asleep at the wheel, so during the weekdays it's 100% me. On the weekends, it's kinda 50/50.

Me. But, I SAH and DH WOH, so I figure it's only fair. If someone is having a particularly bad night, he helps, but in general it is me.

It's usually me in the MOTN because DH takes sleep medication for night terrors. I'm still nursing so I always get up with DD, and usually hear DS first when he wakes to go potty. He gets up with DS for early mornings on the weekends though, so that's nice!

Just me. They still prefer to nurse MOTN and if I send DH in they scream for mama. If both kids (18 month twins) are up at the same time, DH will get up too to see if one will take a cup of milk from him while I nurse the other, but that only works about 25% of the time.

Me because I still nurse LO #2 but also because I'm a light sleeper and can hear LO #1 calling. I still haven't figured what wakes my husband up besides pushing him off the bed.

Like @winniebee: I do baby wakeups since I have the boobs. We're working on dream feeds with LO #2 in hopes of getting longer stretches of sleep. DH does LO #1 midnight potty break.

We don't have too many wakeups these days but the girls like to tag team when they do wake up. DH takes DD1 and I take DD2.

DH, always. In the newborn days, it was me pumping and jim feeding/changing. Now at 22 months, MOTN wakeups are rare, but he still goes in to get her. I am really hard to wake up in the middle of the night, so it just works for us.

We switch off but ends up a bit more for DH. My preggo belly and frequent trips to pee make it a little more difficult for me. Plus, when LO3 comes, I won't be as free to help DD and DS in the MOTN anyway.

Me. I've always done (almost) all of the night stuff. LO calms faster for me, and I'm SAH while DH works.

Since I've been pregnant it's been probably 75% DH. I just can't handle any less sleep than im already getting and it ruins everyone's day! Plus I'll be doing 100% of the baby wake ups once she is born.

We used to rotate nights but it's so rare these days that it's just whoever gets up. We have a very strict "if you ask for help, you get it" policy in our marriage though - so if one of us tells the other to go deal with LO, we automatically do it no questions asked. We do alternate who gets up with her on the weekends though and DH tries to let me sleep in on my weekday off (I work 4 days/week).

me..all the time. sometimes DH helps me if he hears the chaos if both kids are up. he'll help if i wake him and ask him for help, too, but his alarm goes off at 3:30 for work, so...

DH has been doing all MOTN wakes since I might weaned for the most part and since I got pregnant. I do an odd one here or there these days. It's a nice change! :),

well, i only have my toddler right now and she rarely wakes up. if DH is home (works shift, i will sometimes have him go in) but default is probably me.

She usually only wakes up in the MOTN if she's sick. It's usually me but sometimes DH. If she throws up we both get up (I change LO and clean her up, DH changes the sheets).

Me...the Monitor is on my side and Dh sleeps through it all. If it's a particularly bad wake up he will come in and help, but DD1 very rarely wakes up in the MOTN anymore
