You or your SO? I am definitely the sentimental one and I flip through pictures and videos of my LOs every night. My DH usually gets annoyed when people (mostly me) talk about how fast babies/children grow and he always comments with "ummm....aren't kids supposed to grow" or "newflash...babies don't stay small " and other stuff like that!

@autumnlove: My DH is the same way! Sometimes someone will tell a story/something will happen on a show we're watching that'll make me sentimental about the kids growing up and he'll look at me, roll his eyes and say something like "It'll feel like just tomorrow and Elliot will be going away to college and getting married, blah blah blah." Andddd just typing that made me tear up HAHA. I guess he's right to think I'm ridiculous

Also I have been crying at commercials that are babies first Christmas (because it will be B's first) and DH thinks I am nuts. -

I think we are pretty even when it comes to being sentimental, especially about DS. Hubs will start crying if I talk about when DS was a infant, how fast he is growing or by showing him pics, ha!

DH is more sentimental than me.

I think me because I revel in every waking moment with DS. DH loves DS, but I think he can't wait for him to be bigger and is more interactive.

Oh my God my husband times x1000. He keeps every birthday card, Christmas Card, etc. He doesn't let me throw out our daughter's daily sheets from day care because he wants to make a book of them. MAKE ME CRAZY.

We both are, in different ways. My husband is always harping on framing every picture we take of DD, while I'm hellbent over Martha Stewarting her whole, first Christmas experience.

We are both equally sentimental, which is not very sentimental at all

I don't think either one of us is that sentimental, but we each have our moments. He, for example, keeps rescuing an incomplete painting of mine that I don't like and try to get rid of.

Hm, like @deerylou we both are in different ways. I am more emotional (like crying over commercials) but he puts a lot of thought into cards and doesn't like throwing things away. We both bring up old stories often like 'Remember that time...'

Me for sure in terms of keeping things and taking pictures and wanting to remember everything. But every once in a while, he remembers something super random and sweet and I realize he is way more sentimental than me.

DH is not sentimental at all. The exception might be kitten/puppy pictures of our pets, haha.

Uh, neither of us. Is that bad? We're just not sentimental about things. Maybe it'll change once we have kids, but...

@MamaMoose: I have one of these too!! I throw stuff away behind his back or it would get ridiculous. Luckily he never notices or looks again later.

He is… that's why he doesn't want to toss anything! Everyyything has sentimental value to him. I'm more like - just take a picture of it and toss it!
