I don't think I know a single person I'd say is an "amazing" cook. I feel like there are some people who are bad cooks, but for the most part if you can read, you can follow a recipe, and it is just a matter of whether the recipe is good or not.

My dad is amazzzzzzzzzzzzing!
I'm brutal and so is my mom! lol. My grandma is also reallllly good. One day I stopped over and she asked if she should put a pizza in for lunch, so I said sure assuming she had a frozen pizza. She just whipped one up from scratch, crust and all while we chatted! So good.

I think if you polled our families it would probably be a tie between me and DH, however neither one of us can touch my moms baking skills

None of us are amazing cooks. My sister's a good baker and my BIL is probably the best cook - but it's not our family's strong suit.

My mom is a good cook and an awesome baker, and I'm about the same I think. Neither of us is in the habit of cooking very fancy food though, just normal tasty things.

My sister is the best cook in the family. She enjoys cooking and experimenting with new recipes. I'm getting better in the kitchen though.
