I love all the guys on Big Bang Theory but sometimes Wolowitz makes me seriously spit out my drink, he's so funny.
On How I Met Your Mother, Barney was the reason I started watching in the first place! I came across a youtube compilation of high fives, legen-waitforits, etc. and I was hooked. NPH is hilarious. But I love Jason Segel so of course I love Marshall too.
