I met a mom at library story time this week and we've been texting back and forth trying to arrange a playground play date!

I occasionally connect with one of my doula clients and we remain friends. I met another mom at a breastfeeding USA meeting and we've grown really close. We hang out a few times per week

Maybe some classmates? But I don't hang out with them outside of school. I don't really hang out with anyone besides DH and occasionally some mutual friends. Life is too busy!

I saw a pregnant mom to be commenting on my stroller to her SO in BRU and offered to let them check it out. We chatted for 20 minutes! Her daughter and mine will be 10 months apart. We have been texting and are getting lunch on Sunday. It's so hard to make friends that it's nice to have it just happen organically like that!

We just moved into the neighborhood a few months ago, and now that the sun is back, people are taking walks and emerging from their houses. We met a couple walking their kids one evening last week, and then the Mom and I got together for a play date. We've also been meeting up to take walks up to the local coffee stand. SO nice to have another SAHM nearby!

I met some other moms at the library one day and we met up at least once a week for quite a while. Then the winter from hell came and we kind of slacked off. But I saw one at the library the other day and we're going to try and meet up again next week. I'd like to meet some more mom friends too

I guess my grad school friends that I met in the fall of 2010! It's been a long time.

I'm in a mom group and there were a few new ladies last time, so hopefully they will come back and stick around.
