@chopsuey119: i hate that i love this show so much. i hate cliffhangers and they do this to me every time. I get sucked in and then it all just ends.
ETA: I thought the flare gun was gonna go off and kill someone. Or start a forest fire.

So, I just checked Shonda Rhimes' twitter and earlier today she tweeted this:
Warning: do not expect to be comforted or happy at end of the GA finale. I wrote it and even I found the ending to be very unsettling.
Booooooooooooooooooo! I'm really too invested in this show. ha!

@baby98765: Meredith, Derrick, Christina, Mark, Arizona, and Lexi were in a plane crash. Lexi died. Mark is barely alive. Derrick almost ripped his hand off. Now, they're out in the wilderness with no help.

Ahhh!!! I can't believe them!
1) Why the HELL do they concentrate on the hospital? I really do not care about anything going on at the hospital. Focus on the plane crash!!
2) Aww, they killed off Lexi. WTH!! I guess we were wrong when we said Arizona was probably going to die. I wouldn't be happy about Arizona dying but I would rather her go than Lexi.
3) I was wondering why Sloan looked like he wasn't hurt at all from the crash. Now, I know why.
4) Are they really going to leave it like that? We have to wait that long to see the rescue!?! At least give us something more. Like I don't know broadcasting the crash on the news?!? And, why wasn't it on the news. I'm pretty sure the FAA would know when a plane fails to show up or LAND!!!
5) Oh, is Sloan going to die, too?? He is really hanging on there by a thread. His heart is broken and he really has nothing else to live for.
6) We lost Teddy, too?
7) Excuse my language but this episode was just a clusterf*ck of events.
Ugh, Grey's. I love the show but I'm not happy with the season finale. Like always, I'll be watching next season.

Just watched the finale on abc.com during my lunch break. Not the best thing to do while sitting at my desk.

OK, so I haven't watched Grey's in ages, and this episode reminded me of why. Such annoying melodramatic crap! I remember the episodes with the shooting -- now THAT was good. This was just odd.

What makes me the most upset.... by the time next season comes I will not have remembered what happened. But I will still be excited for it.
I am so, so bummed about Lexi!
