Who's watching The Voice?

Anyone watching the new season?

I love the blind auditions and then they slowly start losing me. But I gotta say I'm loving Shakira and Usher. I do miss Cee Lo, but can we keep Shakira forever and never bring back Christina?! Shakira is surprisingly hilarious. Usher turns his chair around lot and then if he doesn't really want them, doesn't try very hard to persuade them. I think he just turns out of curiosity sometimes. And of course I love Blake. He's hilarious. And Adam is just hot.

Who else is watching? How do you like the new judges?

I watch the UK version. We have Will.I.Am, Jessie J, Tom Jones and Danny from The Script. I wish we had better judges, or they at least mixed it up a bit from last year.

I didn't realize it was back on until last might and only saw 30 min of it, but I love the blind auditions and how this show is run overall (seems more fair, less scripted etc). I agree with keeping Christina gone...she was so mean to certain contestants last season it was painful to watch.

I love it! And I love Shakira and Usher... I hope they don't bring Christina back because she is so rude and condescending to a lot of them. There are 3 people from our town on this season, so it will be exciting to watch them in the battle rounds.

@mrskc: I particulary hate the way she talked down to Melanie Martinez and how she always went on and on about the set director providing Melanie with the best sets when they were all her own designs! I was so glad when Adam finally spoke up!

@anbanan15: She was really mean to Amanda Brown too! And there was a ton of stuff in the news the season before that about how she was so mean to the guy she was on Mickey Mouse Club with as a kid. She was downright awful to him!

i LOVE the new judges, they have such great chemistry! i had actually stopped watching after the first season because christina annoyed me so much. i too, hope she stays off!

@mrskc: @anbanan15: That ratings are way up without her, so I'm guessing she won't be back! The chemistry with the four they have now is awesome.

I love all four judges now! I usually only catch the blind auditions and finale, because other shows I record are a higher priority when the rest of it airs. I am surprised how awesome Shakira is, I was really on the fence about her when it was announced, but glad Christina's boobs were not going to be there.

I've watched snippets of both seasons, and I have to say that I really do love the chemistry of the new judges. I usually hate when they switch up the judges, but not this time. I think they're the way NBC had hoped they would be when Christina and Cee Lo were on, but it just wasn't there. Christina is too much of a diva while Shakira just seems sweet and hilarious!

@sslm: This exactly! I totally miss Cee Lo! Christina was a B, so I'm really glad she's gone, and I could live without Usher, but he's the softy of the group I feel like, so there has to be one of those....

I LOOOOVE The Voice!!

I agree with everyone, Shakira and Usher are an amazing additions to the show and I think the 4 judges have really great chemistry. I even said to DH yesterday that I preferred Shakira and Usher to Christina and Cee-Lo (even though he doesn't watch with me and couldn't care less).

If Christina never comes back the network will save so much money!! Apparently she was making waaaay more than the other judges, like 3-4x more per episode or something crazy like that.

Agree with everyone else! The only good thing about Christina being on the show was seeing what hot mess of an outfit she'd wear. This season is my favorite so far, for sure.

i looove shakira and usher too! the chemistry between the judges really make the show... it's so funny to watch adam and blake's lil' bromance!

so far, i'm not overly impressed with the contestants this season, but i do really like that one asian/black girl on adam's team who worked with michael jackson!

Love the judges on The Voice! Blake and Adam are hilaious! We just got tickets to see Maroon 5 (and Kelly Clarkson) in September...can't wait to see Adam (even if it's from afar!)

@mrskc: I'm with you. I like the blind auditions, but after that I'll likely fizzle out. I do like Shakira, though, and the chemistry the judges have, so maybe I'll attempt to watch a bit more of the show. Having never watched The Voice before, I do like it.

I have been watching off and on over the weeks, I just happen to catch Danielle everytime and she's so good! However, I like it when artists sing other genres!
