I know some companies shut down between Christmas and New Years. Ours does not. I am taking one day of PTO the day after Christmas, have Christmas off and am going to beg to get out of here at 2pm on Christmas Eve (so I don't have to take PTO) so we can go to 5pm service.

Our company doesn't shut down, but I had vaca scheduled so this Friday will be my last day of work (at home)! I'm out of here til the new year...! THANK THE LORD

I'm working. I have Tuesday and Wednesday off, but I don't want to use my vacation time, so I'm coming in. It's normally a really relaxed laid back week! I don't mind it at all!

Both Wagon Sr. and I are working through the 2 holiday weeks! (other than Christmas Day and New Year's Day). It's a nice quiet time to catch up on work!! We need to save our days off (unpaid days for me) for when we actually go away. We're both taking a day or two before/after the holiday days while our respective families are here.

We're closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We're taking PTO on Monday, but will work Thursday and Friday.

I work in a school, so I won't go back to work until the 2nd. Built in vacation time is by far the greatest perk of this job.

I'll be off all next week because I saved up my vacation time. I'm SO excited because I worked literally every holiday last year (thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, new year's). That was not fun!

Nope. We're traveling to the inlaws from Friday until the day after Christmas. I'm working from home two days after Christmas. Then, we send LO to my parents for awhile because both of us work. LO's daycare closes from December 24th to January 2nd.

We don't shut down but it's a super slow time for us so everyone takes it easy. I may just take the week off so I'm not expected to do anything during that boring time when no one responds to emails!

Our office will be up and running minus Christmas eve post 1pm and Christmas day, but I'll be on vaca from Christmas eve till New Year's Eve. Woohooo!!!!

WE dont' shut down, hopefully it will be a 1/2 day on Christmas Eve (fingers crossed so we can make Christmas Eve service at 3) and I'm taking the day after Christmas off with PTO.

I have PTO for my onsite class days since they are on break, but my online class is still going and I have a few special work from home projects to do.

We don't shut down except for Christmas day and a 1/2 day on Christmas Eve - my PTO doesn't rollover so I'm happily using it for the days before Christmas.

I'm working Monday and Tuesday, then Tuesday evening we're flying home! I'm so ridiculously excited. I haven't seen my Dad in over two years (bar 20 minutes in Heathrow when I had a connecting flight to catch). He doesn't know we're coming - my Mum and brother are in on the surprise and will pick us up on Christmas morning from the airport.
The company itself is only closed on Christmas Day - the rest is vacation I saved.

We are closed Christmas Eve and Christmas. I am working on the 23rd (DH is off) but they usually let us leave around 2. I hope so, we are doing Christmas with my parents and siblings that night. Then my boss is letting me take the 26th and 27th off even though I don't have time since maternity leave took it all.

I work Mon, Thurs, Fri, Mon. I took off Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve cuz daycare is closed. And we get Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
