We are leaning towards having both of our names as a Community Property with Right of Survivorship.

just my husbands because we bought our house before we were married and he had/has much better credit than i do. we do plan on adding me on there though....just haven't gotten around to it.

Originally his because we bought it 6w before getting married...
But in our state, if you're married, you automatically share ownership. So, both of us. -
just DH since he owned the condo before we met. When we buy a house it will be in both our names.

Both. We hold title as a "tenancy in the entirety" meaning we are married. We added me to the deed after we got married. I'm a real estate lawyer by training, so we discussed that after we got married.

Just mine, DH's taxes weren't in proper order when we bought it and I could comfortably buy it on my own so that's what we did. We are going to add him though as soon as his taxes are up to date.
