I keep hearing good things about a veggie based diet and/or completely eliminating meat from my diet. I'm too used to eating meat and my husband likes meat at every meal, so it's just more convenient for us to keep eating the way we do. I would love to incorporate more meatless meals, we already do meatless Mondays, but it's so intimidating. Where do you start? Or, am I overthinking it and we should just keep doing what works for us? (:

Ps. If you are a vegetarian, what are your favorite "filling" meals (: how do you do it?

Also, price is a huge factor. I know we can get soy patties in place of hamburger; but, for ten dollars I can get a dozen meat patties vs only 4 soy. How do you do it to keep the price reasonable? (:
