I found myself nodding along with this article. I'm sure there will be opinions on both side and I'd love to hear them. I read it on Huffington Post, but I am linking to the original blog.

I can so hear this coming out of the mouths of some of the people I have interviewed in the past. It's disgusting (and they weren't hired).
