I walked out of her sight for 3 seconds

She wanted to nurse.
She didn't want me to change her diaper.
She didn't want me to brush her teeth.
She didn't want me to take the toothbrush out of her hand.
Our nanny brought her granddaughter with her to work and LO didn't like it.

@travellingbee: I know. Our nanny's granddaughter is visiting her for the month and comes once a week to the nanny share. LO does this every week, like she's afraid her nanny is not going to pay attention to her anymore, but when I go pick her up she is BFF with the granddaughter.

They are still sleeping but I expect tears about sunscreen from my toddler and some whimpers from the baby when her sister messes with her!

No tears yet! Go baby go!

He was sleeping in this morning. DH coughed. He woke up. Tears.

He needed a diaper change.
He didn't want me to change his diaper.
He wanted to eat NOW.
His binky fell out of his mouth.
He wanted to eat NOW.
He had gas pains

He had to wait for me to pull my short down so he could eat
He had to get his diaper changed
He had to get dressed
He had to sit in his carseat
He yanked the binkie outta his mouth

I was getting DD ready and not paying attention to DS. DS had to get his diaper changed and dressed but wanted to nurse RIGHT THEN, I put DS in the p-n-p so I could finish getting dressed.

Oh, DH looked at DS.

@travellingbee: Whenever one of the kids holds something out proudly then melts down, DH says "Pondering it, he/she holds it aloft." And then starts laughing when they get frustrated. You can tell we're great parents.

There was the 'you're not holding me', 'I have a dirty diaper', 'I don't want to be in the crib/swing/bouncer', 'I'm hungry', 'You told me no', 'But I really want that cookie!', 'Why are you on the other side of the gate?', and so many other cries.

Then again, I have two kids - one toddler, one infant. So twice the cries!

6 mo shots. Kind of understandable. But our nurse is so great, she didn't even get worked up enough for the bit tears to fall.

Cried when he got up
Cried because he couldn't pull the cats fur out.
Cried because he got breakfast up his nose and in his eye
Cried because I had to burp him
Cried because the bottle was all gone.
Cried because he toppled over (x2)

LO wanted to come up on the couch to get something she knew she couldnt have. Tantrum city!

He woke up.
Dad changed his diaper.
He closed our bedroom door (while inside).
Dad put on shoes.
We wouldn't let him eat cat food.
Dad left for work.
I made him eggs for breakfast.
I took too long to pick him up when I was making his eggs.
I was holding him while making his eggs..
He threw his paci on the ground when he was in his high chair.
He finished his eggs.
He peed on the floor (he's getting a lot of diaper-less time because of a yeast infection we're treating).
He threw his paci out of the crib.
His 12th tooth is coming in.

It's been a long morning.
