Since it's mother's day tomorrow, will you get to sleep in? DH plans on getting up with LO but not sure how long I will get to "sleep in"....what about you? If you do get to sleep in, what is your ideal time?

Probably not. My internal alarm clock has been going off very early lately. But I will probably get to take a nap!

I'll probably feed the baby around 4am and go back to sleep.

That would be awesome if I were physically capable of sleeping past 7, but it seems LO has me hard-wired to wake up then.

No, we have to get up for church...I did get to go back to bed for an hour this morning though!

I have two kids. Even with DH taking care of DS, DD needs me. So sleeping in? What's that? If I get to sleep past seven it's an amazing day!

I doubt it since DH is away. But Little M was sick today an slept til 8:45 so I slept in 'til 8, which was great. bad that he's not feeling well, but so nice to be well rested

Nope, we have church in the morning and the kids are all excited about making breakfast before we go ... but I did get to sleep in today (Saturday)

Nope, we have church & then I'm hosting brunch before heading out to my Dad's mom's house so I don't plan on much downtime. DH is off Monday & Tuesday though so I get to sleep in then!

I got to sleep in this morning, tomorrow we have to get up early to go to church.

Guess I'm the only one who's sleeping until 10 a.m. tomorrow! LO will wake up at 7 a.m. to nurse and then I'll pass her to her daddy and cuddle up by myself in bed until 10.
This is my Sunday ritual!

I will probably wake up, nurse him, and then put him back down for another hour or two (a typical morning) and then elbow DH when he wakes up again.

Probably not I've hinted but DH really doesn't do well with getting up so I'm not holding my breath!

I'll probably nurse him like usual but DH will take first shift. I took it this morning (usually I take Sundays). If I'm lucky DH will take him until first nap and I'll get to sleep all morning!
(I can dream, right?)

Hell. Yes. DH gets to sleep in all week while J and I are away so I get to sleep in on the weekends. Plus he's making me breakfast tomorrow and is supposed to go get me flowers (he sucks at surprises/holidays, so I have to be specific in telling him what i wnat haha!)

Nope. DH told me to be ready by 830 and dress nice... So I'm guessing a nice breakfast somewhere? That's ok. I'll take it

Yes-- but LO is still in my belly and pretty good about letting me sleep in DH is away for the weekend so no reason to get up early. I slept until 9 this morning and it was lovely.
@mrsjazz: I love your Sunday ritual. I already told DH that weekend mornings can be his daddy/child special time since he is a much better morning person than me.

Nope! We are headed out to breakfast so I have to be up and ready (along with the baby) by 9.

That was the plan. But then I have finals this week, and. DH ended up missing a training run to stay home with X in order to let me study last night. So, no sleeping in, and I've been on the midnight-wake up time sick toddler duty. And all I wanted for Mother's Day was a full night of sleep and to wake up on my own-- no alarm, no crying, no nothing. Hrmph. Maybe it'll happen next year.

Hehe, I slept in til 630!!! Considering he got up with the baby both times last night, I feel amazing. We went to bed around 1030, so I got about 8 hours! I am totally a morning person, though.
