we had a brica roll-down shade that wasn't too bad...until LO pulled on it so hard that it broke. our ghetto way of dealing with this is to have the top edge sticking out of the window while we drive.

i haven't seen consistent good reviews of any shade, so i actually want to get the windows tinted!

Another vote for just getting the windows tinted. THe shades never stay on and it always seems like when they do, the sun shines right into LOs face in the one spot that isn't covered by shade!

We had good luck with the Britax cling kind. LO never tried to pull it off and it never fell off.

We haven't found a single one that works.

For those who got theirs tinted - how does that work. My car came tinted - the back windows are very tinted, hard to see inside - but the sun still shines really bad in her eyes. Is there a certain tinting that will block the sun?
