There were some awesome weight loss support/challenge threads last spring and summer. Now, that I'm post-partum, not planning on getting knocked up anytime soon, and am a bridesmaid in a wedding in 6 weeks I need some motivation and accountability. I'm really wanting to start working on my overall fitness and health now so I'll feel better by summer when I can't hide under sweaters!
Here's what I was thinking: Let's have another challenge thread to help meet our fitness or weight loss goals. I was thinking it could end on March 31. That's just over 7 weeks. You can focus on whatever your particular fitness or weight loss goal is, whether it's from a nutrition or work out angle or both.
Does anyone want to join in with me? Pleeeeeaaase!

(1) How much weight would you like to lose between now and March 31?
(2) How are you planning to achieve that goal?
(3) What exercise/diet are you currently doing?
(4) Which part of your body would you like to focus on the most?
(5) How are you planning to treat/reward yourself for achieving your goal?
