Where do you like to find heavier weight dress pants? Hoping to spend under $25!

I have wool flannel pants from JCrew that are amazing... Flattering and warm, but they were over $150. They're five years old and still in great shape.

I have a couple pairs of the "pull-on" dress pants from NY&Co. - they're my snowstorm & lazy day pants. Look professional like dress pants, feel like sweatpants. I don't care if rain/salt/snow gets all over them like my good dress pants.
They were really inexpensive too!
