On my list so far is another camera for our monitor system, a double stroller, newborn diapers and wipes, an extra waterproof mattress pad, toys/activities to make nursing baskets for LO#1, and Vitamin D drops.

Hmmm I can't think of much right now. I know I want to get a rock n play for #2. And I definitely want to get her some girly clothes. I already purchased a Tula carrier since I'm thinking baby wearing #2 while out with #1 will be easier.

Mine will be 20 months apart. I want to get the following:
A double stroller - at a total loss as to which one to get
A swing - we didn't have a good one with DS
New wash cloths and towels
New nipples for bottle
Some nursery decor with his name

I already bought some new clothes and monogrammed bibs and burp cloths. He's mainly getting his brother's hand me downs but I wanted to get him some special stuff just for him.

My kids are 2.5 years apart- the little one is 5 months old.

We bought very little for DS#2. We needed to buy warmer clothes since they were born during different seasons, but we shopped exclusively at thrift stores so that wasn't a big deal.

We transitioned DS1 to a toddler bed and he kept his mattress, so we bought a new mattress and mattress pad for DS2, and an extra camera for the monitor. DS1 also got a big dresser for Christmas, so DS2 got DS1's old baby changing table/dresser combo.

We had to buy all new pacifiers for DS2 because he'll only take 1 brand, which is NOT the same brand that DS1 liked.

Other than that.... pretty much nothing. DS1 never really used a stroller anyways, so we never bothered with a double, and for other gear, toys, clothes, etc. we just reused what we'd had from DS1.

I started a list to help me remember, but it won't be for 2+ years!

-a ring sling
-a video monitor (we will be in a bigger place then, didn't need one this time)
-wool sleep sack
-rock and play
-wool baby clothes if baby comes in fall/winter (we had a couple for this LO in bigger sizes and I loooooved putting her in wool.)
-diaper covers (the elastic in ours is wearing out)

That's it! We will be waiting long enough that all the gear from this one (crib, etc) will be free for new baby to use. And we have saved everything, so we should be good to go.

We borrowed a ton of stuff for DD from friends who are now having another kid, so we will need:

- Moby (I borrowed one for DD)
- Beco Gemini (we borrowed an Ergo for DD)
- bathtub
- extra wash cloths
- a second high chair
- some sort of swing/rock and play device to put baby in

We've already bought a few things, but still have some left to get:

-double stroller
-second crib and dresser
-aden and anais swaddles - we just swaddled with regular receiving blankets last time and it did not work well at all.
-I would love a mei tai type carrier, but I doubt I will actually get one before the baby gets here
-new pacifiers and bottle nipples
-a pump if i'm successful in bf-ing (I wasn't last time so I rented a hospital grade pump to EP)

Oh I'll join! DD will be 28 months when #2 is due.

- Twin sized mattress / bedding (we have a twin bed to transition DD into before #2 comes)
- Second seat for stroller (we have the Britax B-Ready double already)
- Pump parts
- Second pump (if we can get through insurance so I can leave one at work)
- Washcloths
- A&A Muslin Blankets (one new set for #2 - DD is VERY attached to her set...)
- New bottles / nipples / bottle brush
- Freezer bags for milk
- Bibs
- Boogie board (we got it for xmas - was on DH's wishlist)
- Diono Radian RXT (won't need until later)

BRU had a sale on diapers on two separate occasions last month so we stocked up on diapers - I have 8 boxes of diapers (size 1-4) and 1600 wipes waiting to be peed/poo'd on lol.

Items we will be reusing from DD: pack n' play, crib and mattress, FP projector mobile, clothing/sleep sacks, infant car seat, swing, and high chair.
