Does your job allow you to work from home? Would that be an option so that you can care for your LO and squeeze in some work when she's down for a nap or in the evenings?

Could a family member watch your older child and then another family member or your dh watch the younger one (if you have a lot of family nearby)? Or a friend?

Or could your dh try taking the younger one outside while the older one is sleeping? (Not sure if you have a yard...)

Lots of hugs. This is one of those times I wish I could donate a few hours of babysitting to a fellow mama. I hope things calm down soon!!

No advice, just wanted to say kudos. I don't know how you juggle it all - I'm finding it hard and I'm home all day.

Does she calm down with you? I'm not working away right now but my LO fusses a lot if someone else watches her. My mom has been able to a little and DH can sometimes but she's way more upset about not being with momma than my first LO.

@Rainbow Sprinkles: hugs mama! Really hoping M grows out of it soon or that the right meds/diet do the trick! I wish I could help in some way. I would drop off food but I don't want to make something that causes M to have a tough time. I'll try to think of something. In the meantime, hang in there!

My son was like that until he was 5 months. I did chiro, elim diet, saw ENT, everything! I was so afraid that his daycare would shake him or something. For the first month I allowed them to feed him as needed even if it was more then the recommended amount (e.g. A 2oz bottle every hour). I don't know if you baby will tolerate being worn but that can help. Truthfully I ended up leaving my job because it was what was best and ironically he is much better now, some of which I attribute to Zantac but mostly I think it just takes some babies longer to adjust to life on the outside

What do you do differently that calms her?

First, I'm soooo sorry. The boys had pretty severe reflux and it took several months to get it under control with medicine so they woke up a lot, threw up a lot, and were sometimes just really sad, hurting babies. Add to the fact that they were sick aalllll the time and we had some serious work stress this year from missing so much time. It's really hard to keep going at times, but you can do this and it will get better. I wasn't in a position to quit my job at the time, but had I been, it would have been very tempting. Now, we have the occasional sickness, but they're doing great and we haven't had to miss much work at all in the last 3-4 months. I know it sucks, but if you need/want to keep working, I just want to encourage you that, at least for us, there was a light at the end of the tunnel! Big hugs!
