DH does a lot of housework before he goes to work after dropping us off.
A lot of laundry gets done at night as well.
On the weekends I make a big batch of whatever breakfast so I can freeze the rest.
ETA: we do a lot of one pot meals!

My husband helps with a lot of stuff like packing bags.
We only do quick meals on week nights. We eat a lot of frozen veggies that just require to be heated as a side. We focus on cooking the meat/main dish and then the sides are always easy. It helps cut down on dishes too.

We make bottles and prepare any solid foods the night before after we've put LO to bed. All of the bags are also prepared the night before so I can just feed him breakfast in the morning, change him and go!

Definitely making easy meals, prepping stuff on the weekend,, freezing, pre-chopping, eating leftovers. Dinner is the bane of my existence most days, especially when DH is late (which is often).

I get everything packed and ready the night before, sometimes even the clothes. So, all I have to do in the morning is change her, feed her and get out the door.

Wash and prep bottles after he goes to sleep. I don't do anything when I get home but spend time with her. And put milk from the day in the fridge.
I send all her crib sheets, extra outfits, and bibs on Monday to day care, so I don't have to do anything during the week. I lay out her outfits for the week on Sunday night.

Another big saver for me was Amazon Mom. I can order something and have it to my house in two days and not have to find time during a busy week to get to a ToysRus.

I prepare daycare stuff and my lunch the night before!

I'm still figuring it out, but so far what helps me is washing + prepping the bottles the night before, and having DH cook dinner every night. He is my biggest help, because I still feed LO twice before bed every night to tank her up, which takes over an hour. There's no way we'd eat before 8:30 if he didn't cook.

We don't have a LO yet but still look for time saving tips... This isn't an option for everyone but we send out our laundry and dry cleaning and order most groceries. I also make brown rice in bulk - the kind that takes 40 minutes, not the instant stuff, since it reheats like its fresh! We have that for dinner with meatballs or sausages and a salad. Any quick meal is a plus in my book! We also make a bunch of lunch sandwiches on Sunday night. As long as your "wet" condiment (mayo, mustard, etc.) is between the meat and cheese, the bread won't get soggy. It makes it a TON easier to grab lunches during the week!
ETA: We also have a cleaning person. Clearly I'm not much of a house wife

I try to do the laundry on thursday night and then clean on friday night. That way I get to enjoy the weekend with my family.

DH and I take showers at night. It's just too chaotic in the AM. I also prep my lunch and LO's lunch the night before.

I get all of our clothes sorted on Sunday for the week so I know what to wear in the morning, no time to change, lol!
I also changed up my hair do I don't blow dry any more. I do very simple makeup and I always carry the same bag.
We also open the mail and either file it for later action or toss it. Bill pay what we can.
Also gas in the car on the weekend so we don't have to fill on Monday and I take a day off a month for appointments. I'd rather spend the morning doing that and the afternoon errands that can't be done on the weekend.
