I work at the office 3 days a week and my mom watches DS at our home. Th/Fr I work from home and if I'm super busy, she'll come over and watch him while I'm locked up in the den.

I voted other. My DH is off on summer break and watching DS. We are in the process of looking for a daycare for when the school year starts again. It's stressing me out!

I have a "nanny" who is my little brother. We pay him but he def gives us a discount haha! So I'm not sure whether to select nanny or grandmacare lol
He works 2 days a week totaling about 15 hours.

I have daycare and grandma care, although in my situation, the first six months were handled by my dad.

She bounces from home with DH and her sisters when he's off during the week (has a rotating schedule) or with my In laws or with my mom. On the weekends she's home with me.

DS will be going to day care once I return to work. I'm hoping to request working from home at least once a week until year end since my maternity leave ends in November. 2 months isn't bad right?
We don't have family nearby, otherwise, they would watch DS instead. Daycare isn't cheap!

We are super happy so far with our day care. They are really working with R to make sure she eats and trying to get her to nap.

I totally participated in the poll even though I don't have LO yet! But childcare has been one of the primary reasons I've put off TTC. Neither my husband nor I are cofortable with nannies or daycare. And my mom - bless her heart - is not one to volunteer for full time grandmacare. Soooo.... my DH switched careers (I love him!!) so he will be home on some weekdays (hopefully two). I am staying at a job I don't particularly love because I know I can work two days at home. And my mom will take LO one day a week. Fingers crossed it all works out as planned when the time comes!

My husband is a SAHD. I love it! I will probably put LO into some kind of Mothers Day Out program when she gets a little older though.

N goes to preschool/daycare 5 days a week.
My MIL watches J 5 days a week at home.
I WFH 3x a week and WOH 2x a week. Even though I WFH, I couldn't possibly work and watch J at the same time, so they're both in full time care. It's nice to be able to nurse him though!
