If you work outside of your home, what kind of childcare do you have? Are you happy with your current situation?
My LO is 6 months old and attends daycare at a church near our house. I am pretty happy...the cost is relatively affordable, the caretakers are great, LO gets to socialize. No major complaints!

I need to be able to check two boxes. Lala goes to preschool (8:30-3:30) and M. will be staying home with the nanny.

We will be doing a nanny for the first three months after my mat leave and then starting day care.

I think we will have a mix of grandma daycare, regular daycare, and DH and/or I working from home one day a week.

I work out of the home on my husband's days off. Otherwise I work from home a few hours a day, and the baby comes with on days we have staff meetings.
We are currently running into problems with my husband's boss changing his schedule at the last minute, leaving us to scramble for child care or making me change my schedule, so I'm not a happy camper at the moment.

We go to home daycare, LO loves it there. Dc mama loves him too, so I know he is well taken care of.
