It's a new year, and one of my resolutions is developing a workout routine.
Morning is probably going to be my best bet because I just don't feel like I have enough time in the evenings.
I'm thinking of starting out by walking on the treadmill for 30-45 minutes or so first thing in the morning, and eventually change things up a bit. I don't want to lose weight, I just want to be healthy.
For those of you who work out in the morning, what's your routine?
