Can anyone recommend some good at home workouts?
I don't always have time to make it to the gym, but I have a yoga mat and hand weights. I do random stuff like jumping jacks and bicep curls, but I'd love an actual PLAN.
Any good resources out there?
ETA: and I don't mean workout VIDEOS. I don't always have access to the TV, so I mean a set of exercises I can do anywhere!
