Truth: I need to start working out.  I've been lazy for too long.  I really need to start getting up a little earlier and doing some morning workouts as that's the only way I'll get them in.  Unfortunately, I'm someone that gets super red faced and very sweaty when I work out and/or get hot.  So this has always posed a challenge after working out in the morning as it takes awhile to cool down.  A cold or lukewarm shower doesn't help too much.  And then I try to get ready for work and putting on makeup is a disaster as I'm still red faced and everything sweats off.  Any tips on how to cool down faster so that I don't have another excuse for why I'm lazy.
