Some books recommend a crazy amount of calories per day and weight gain for mothers of multiples...clearly in her case it worked very well! I know one guideline is 20 lbs by 20 weeks, which I couldn't even come remotely close to (I'm half that). My babies weigh like a pound or a pound and a half together right now (plus all the other goods stuff), and I'm already huge! I cannot imagine how she fit that much baby, fluid, placenta, etc. in her belly.

First off she looks great for carrying triplets and all that crazy eating! Also, scarey that she conceived triplets naturally..ekk!
