So DH and I were at Home Depot and LO was strapped into the cart cover. We turned around to look at something and there goes DS falling out of the cart onto the concrete floor. I am so sick! My heart is in about a million pieces. He screamed and cried but we left the store and was fine by the time we got to the car. He's acting totally normal now. Should I be more worried and take him to ER? I mean it was out of a cart and onto concrete. what would you do? No visible lump on head.
