Today was my worst pumping output to date (I'm sick and have no appetite). I pumped a whopping 4 ounces total over three pumping session each lasting 30 minutes long.
What has been the least amount you have ever pumped at work?

I'm a SAHM, but the worst was when I was sick last. I didn't pump enough to cover the bottom of the bottle. It was pretty sad, but LO continued to nurse and didn't seem too worse for the wear.

I pumped 1 total ounce over 3 sessions at work.. I was stressed out after talking to my mom about my dad's health.

I think it was right around 2 ounces over 3 sessions. I already have (pumping) supply issues, so when I feel sick or am stressed, my supply is even worse. *augh*

I had to take antibiotics once and it almost wiped out my supply. I thought I dried up! It was awful.
