FSIL had dh's family over last year for Christmas. She said she wants to do it every year like a tradition. This year we had thanksgiving with his family. When I mentioned Christmas and of we're going to get together and do secret santa like last ya
Year she brushed it off and said I don't know. Mil drew names for us. 2 weeks later they said they did not want to do a secret Santa gift and to just use the money and get dd presents. I suggested we take the money and get mil and fil a home depot card do they can buy the appliances they want. I never heard back from them so I texted FSIL and asked of that would be a good gift, said said that SIL, BIL and her are going to chip in for broad way show tickets and asked of DH and I wanted to get in on it. I said sure and offered to look for discounted tickets through my company.

Flash forward to today. FSIL asked of we could meet up on Sunday for Christmas lunch and I said fine. I come to find out from DH that FSil is having MIL and FIL over their house for Christmas and we were not invited.

Just wondering of you would be offended. I personally do not like FSIL but am nice to her for MIL and FIL.
