I'm worried about the warm weather. Well, forecast says its suppose to be 75 degrees. (Ok, not as hot as I thought it was going to be.)
I'm not making cheesecake but red velvet cupcakes with a cheesecake filling.
No access to refrigerator.
I love making these cupcakes because they are always a hit but worried about possibly going bad because of the heat.
It might be possible to not do the cheesecake filling but what about the cheesecake frosting?
