I would! I absolutely hate the way my boobs look post baby (I am not nursing anymore) they have deflated and are so saggy! I told DH jokingly the other day when I'm done having kids I want a boob job, but got me thinking I really do want one!

yep! Was talking about this yesterday with my cousin - who has implants. She said her doctor recommends waiting a year after you stop nursing to see where you are because breasts take a while to settle after nursing. I'm nearing the end of nursing. DS is 10 months old and only nurses at night and early morning. I'm no longer full and round, I'm saggy, small, deflated.

I would think about it. I don't know, I'd have to have enough extra money that I didn't feel I was taking money from something else we needed more.

Yeah, maybe a reduction DH is really against me getting anything though, I floated the idea of a little lift and he said no lol.

Yup. I was large chested even before I got pregnant. DH and I have already talked about me getting a reduction and a lift when we are done having kids.

No.. I am pregnant now and have no illusions that things are going to look different but honestly, surgery totally freaks me out and I'd be terrified of any non-necessary operations.
grape / 79 posts
Yes!!! I am terrified of the big deflate when I am done nursing. I loved my boobs prior. I know my girls are never going to be the same *sniff*. The things we do for our babies.

Yes! Before I would've never considered any surgery like that. But now I don't mind if I could get perky boobs again even if they are a perky size A. Right now I'm a saggy size c and feel gross

Yes! Once I'm 100% sure I'm done having kids, I want a lift
GOLD / pear / 1845 posts
reduction, I've been waiting since puberty hit to be done breastfeeding!

I have already told my DH that I'd love to have a lift when we're done having kids.

I would but I think I'd want a tummy tuck before a boob job. Both if possible!!
bananas / 9227 posts
I never thought I would seriously consider it, but a reduction and a lift would be nice!
persimmon / 1180 posts
Nope! Not a fan of the way implants look and I can think of a million other things to spend $5k on.
GOLD / wonderful grape / 20289 posts
Nope. I have a friend whose little sister died while getting a nose job. She just never woke up. I know its rare, but elective surgery like that just doesn't seem worth it to me,, no matter how much I hats my boobs.

I am 100% getting a boob lift and a tummy tuck (assuming both are needed) after we're done having kids.
hostess / wonderful persimmon / 25556 posts
Nope. I like my body as is. It was meant to be this way so, I accept it.
GOLD / wonderful coffee bean / 18478 posts
I would go for a lift! Not sure I would ever bother to do it, though.
cherry / 175 posts
yep i'm going to get them done in the next few years! after pumping, they never looked the same
persimmon / 1087 posts
Most likely. I had implants about five yrs ago, and I'm very happy with the results.
@lemondrop: Good surgeons won't give you engorged looking boobs.

@artbee: Yikes! Elective surgery is so common these days that it's stories like this that we need to hear to remind us that there is a real risk. So sad
pomegranate / 3383 posts
I've wanted a reduction since before LO was born! Everyone says breast surgery is ridiculously painful and the recovery sucks so I don't know if I'd ever actually go through with it.
wonderful grape / 20453 posts
Mine are totally going to need a lift. I'm a DD/EE going into pregnancy and they're going to be a hot mess when I'm done. If you have the resources to do it, why not? The people I know who have had surgery say that it's so much better now--just a short recovery and a few uncomfortable days.
GOLD / papaya / 10206 posts
Yep- DH and I agreed after our second LO, once I get to a place where I'm happy with my weight, as a reward I'm getting my boobs lifted/fixed
eggplant / 11287 posts
Hell yes! I would get everything done. Boobs, tummy, butt.....face? Lol
pear / 1787 posts
The idea of going under general anesthesia totally freaks me out (I know it's rare, but what if you never wake up?), so I don't think I'd ever have any kind of elective surgery.

I wouldnt get implants - but maybe a lift . They are plenty big as it is!
GOLD / wonderful grape / 20289 posts
@Crumbs: It was very sad. She was just a teenager. My friend had already had a nose job and it was her sister's turn. Obviously nobody expected it, and now her sister is gone. No surgery for me or anyone in my family unless it's necessary!
