We have been serving three meals a day to our kids ever since they were born. But the other day we were in a hurry and the kids had a small breakfast, and then they devoured lunch. And also had a good dinner, which is a surprise because usually when they eat a good lunch then they don't eat much at dinner.
That got me thinking that maybe the kids just don't want to eat three meals a day? I was wondering if anyone has ever tried two meals a day and if that worked for your family.
