Would you take your LO to the doctor for diarrhea if she is acting completely fine now?
The other thing is she has been pulling her ear a bit and I'm wondering if she has a ear infection. But no other symptoms besides runny nose and a slight cough.

How often for the diarrhea? I might call the nurse and see what they say before deciding. They might tell you there is a bug going around and save you a trip!

@regberadaisy: aww poor LO...diarrhea sucks. when my DS had diarrhea and committing from catching the stomach flu from my husband I called the pedi and she said pedialyte and BRAT diet. Bananas, rice, apple sauce, and toast. She said no cow's milk but he was 11 months at the time and still on breastmilk. Also, DS hated the pedialyte at room temp but was ok with it cold. He ate a bunch of bananas during this time and it really helped. I think he was over it in maybe 3 days. I was so upset with DH for bringing home the virus. Good luck!! Hope your LO gets well soon.

I would probably call the nurse first and get her opinion. Poor girl, hope she feels better soon!

How bad is it and how long has it lasted? C has a very sensitive stomach, so her stool is almost always soft and/or runny
If your LO is acting fine, then I would watch it one more day, but I would assume it's either a little stomach bug or allergy.

I'd only go in if she had signs of dehydration, was acting miserable or had a fever that was not responding to meds.

I'd wait it out unless she's showing discomfort or exhibits other symptoms that are worrisome.

I would wait it out unless she is clearly uncomfortable. If she's hydrated enough, diarrhea usually goes away on its own and is nothing to be concerned about. Pulling at the ears is more of a concern to me.
