Just did it in 1:40! I watched a few of the episodes and the winners always go through the countries and use the categories. I started at 8:43 and 30 seconds... here's the screenshot of how I got there!

ETA: I think the only reason I knew a decent amount of information about chernobyl is because one of my brother's was born in that year and we had a joke about it... probably pretty un-PC of us
