I've had some relatives mention wanting to get us something for our son we're expecting in October, and asking what kind of stuff we still need. I hadn't planned on registering for anything because we already have one son and there's only going to be a 16 month age gap, so all of our baby stuff is still fairly new. There are some things we still need of course, stuff I don't want to re-use, need in both nurseries, didn't get the first time around but can now see how helpful it would have been, etc.

Would you just give general suggestions to the people who ask, or put together a small registry to tell them about?
